Prayers for Personal Challenges

Sometimes loneliness seems to overcome us. We despair of finding a way out of the situation: unwanted, useless and without hope.

Loving God, help me to come to terms

with my situation

and accept help from those who care for me.

In the depths of our isolation
we cry to you, Lord God.
Give us light in our darkness
and bring us out of the prison of our despair;
Through Jesus Christ who came to set us free.
